First View Consulting produces Architectural Renderings, Animations, for commercial and residential architectural projects.  Our comment to our clients is to provide quality product.

The Process

• Client sends project description to First View Consulting Via website form
• Client provides project materials (dwg, or Revit files of floor plans, elevations, site plans, and color samples)
• Proposal sent to client within 1 to 2 Business days after project info is received.
• Client approves proposal and sends deposit
• Interior/Exterior renderings provided to Client within proposal time frame.
• Animations and interactive models take approximately proposal time frame.
• Preliminary renderings provided to Client for final reviews
• Final renderings are emailed to Client along with final invoice

A 50% deposit will be required at the start of a project. The remaining balance is due upon approval of the final design.
